Our Own Products
We build SaaS tools that solve problems we know well. Our first product, PhantomFlow, turns JSON storyboards into finished videos through an API. More are on the way.
Friedbot Studio Labs
Small teams. Six months. One real product, built from scratch and taken to market. That's the Foundry programme; our bootcamp for engineers and entrepreneurs who want to learn by shipping.
AI-native means something here.
A lot of companies say they use AI. For us, it's built into how we work every day — writing code, running tests, reviewing pull requests, generating documentation. That's what AI-native means at Friedbot Studio: AI as a tool in a disciplined process, not a replacement for one.
The result is faster delivery without the tradeoffs you'd expect. We don't skip code reviews because an AI wrote the first draft. We don't ship untested code because it "looked right." Every project gets the same engineering rigour, whether it's a client build, one of our own products, or a Foundry cohort project.
