Friedbot Studio is a small team, and we plan to stay deliberate about how we grow. We don't have open roles today, but when the right person shows up, we make room.
Every engineer at FBS works with AI tools as part of their daily workflow — writing code, reviewing pull requests, drafting documentation. But the tools don't make the decisions. People do. That's what AI-native means to us: faster first drafts, same engineering standards.
We build across three tracks. Client projects give us real deadlines and real constraints. Our own products let us own the full lifecycle. And the Foundry programme means we're always teaching what we know and learning what we don't.
The team is small enough that everyone's work is visible. There's no layer between you and the thing you're building. You ship it and you own it. That's where the learning happens.
You finish what you start and figure out the next step yourself.
You understand the tools you use — not just the API surface, but why things work the way they do.
You write well, you explain your thinking, and you ask questions when something doesn't add up.
You learn because you want to, not because someone assigned it. You're drawn to problems you haven't solved before.
